Julie Foley was incredibly helpful, she seemed be the only one there who knew how to help, or at least was willing to. She was always nice and knowledgeable, even though I annoyingly called about 6 times. Giving 5 stars because of her service and helpfulness

My mother was ran over multiple times by a truck and getting assistance from Crime Victim Compensation is ANYTHING but easy. There is no such thing as an advocate at this establishment. This is a waste of time and tax payers resources. My mother is left doing all the work for her so called advocate and almost 3 years later they paid a few bills! Utterly ridiculous. This is not meant to help victims in any way. Don’t waste your time. Her advocate Sherri Stark was off work more than she was there!

We were turned away with unanswered questions. We were told that they prefer speaking with people in the phone. Seeing how we were present, there's no reason they couldn't speak to us on person. They also inquired about our reasons for being there in the lobby, around other people. They showed no respect for privacy.
