Perfect door to protecprotecty home.
Phone staff very friendly. They have come out to fix a jammed screen and replace cylinders for new keys. Employees that come out are always kind and respectful of the house. They work quickly and efficiently. They have always come with two people, one more experienced and another in training which I think is great. I haven't needed to test these security screens yet but I'm very glad we have them.
I love my Crime Guard screens. This product has helped me to feel totally safe at home and it's hard to put a price on that kind of peace of mind. I had originally left a bad review due to the original install being very poor. Apparently the original installer is no longer with the company. I spoke with Gail a couple of weeks ago on the phone, who was very nice. She assured me she would get the guys to come out and take care of the problems. Today I had two very nice gentlemen named Devon and Deonte come to my home to address and repair the problems.
