BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We bid on a new home in December of 2021, won the bid, and was told the build was 3 months out. After numerous hang ups and set back and excuses, we did not move in until June of 2022. Once we moved in there were many issues with the house that required fixing during the blue tape. Very few of those items were ever fixed. Most of those items were to be fixed by using the home warranty. Okay, whatever I can submit a ticket.
