Excellent service gps upload still put of date compared to my previous VAG vehicle
Great service! Had an issue with a second hand vehicle I purchased with them that was unfotunate. However, Crick's team in Maroonchydore were so helpful throughout the services and ultimatley resolving the issue. Can vouch for the team, particulalry Ray, who was nothing but nice. Thanks team.
Took my car in for a service after checking the day before that it was booked in, however when I got there they had trouble finding the booking (express 1 hour) as it was not in the “new” system. This is the second time I’ve booked an express service to find it isn’t actually booked in. After an hour I was advised that brakes needed doing and it would be another hour.
