I spent 1,800$ over the last two services where a software upgrade was promised to be carried out (head unit drops out), only to be told they have to order an SD card (7 weeks lead time). Why did they not do this when they failed to do the upgrade the first time? I was told then, the mechanics ran out of time. Why was the card not ordered when I scheduled the last service? VW is so lost if they still update software with SD cards. I was genuinely considering buying a VW EV from here, but I am shocked at the state of VW techn... read more
Same day fix of warranty issue ,very well set up service department, very impressed! I must update my first review,in subsequent visits I have found the level of service even better than I initially experienced,Roz was very helpful sorting out a service with very short notice before I had to leave town, much appreciated.
Jimmy and the team are awesome. Car delivered on time with all the extras and very competitive on price. Thank you for making my new car purchase an absolute pleasure.
