On line service was good and followed up next day with a phone call. Arranged to do a test drive a Crosstrek. Arrived excited and ready to spend 50k plus on a car. Well that wasn't the case, Arrived no one came to assist, three sales people walked passed us and didn't even acknowledge us or another couple that were waiting aswell. Stood waiting for 15mins we all got in car and left. Will spend my money elsewhere Sales need a lesson in good old fashioned.
