I live in Brisbane but drove to Tweed for a scheduled brake-pad change (old owner of car had gone here last). Firstly I was offered the free shuttle that they offered on the phone, so I paid for an Uber to the beach while I waited. A few hours later they call and say they didn’t order the brake pads I needed so I’d have to (pay for an Uber back there, drive back to Brisbane) and come back another day.
