I live in Brisbane but drove to Tweed for a scheduled brake-pad change (old owner of car had gone here last). Firstly I was offered the free shuttle that they offered on the phone, so I paid for an Uber to the beach while I waited. A few hours later they call and say they didn’t order the brake pads I needed so I’d have to (pay for an Uber back there, drive back to Brisbane) and come back another day. The service we received was exceptional as we gave very little notice of purchasing our car but Seb our salesman was very obliging.
