I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anybody. After buying 2 cars from Cricks Tweed Jaecoo if I had my time over I would've gone elsewhere. Terrible service , incompetence and lies all the way through this negative experience. They couldn't have been any worse if they tried. The sales, delivery and the service department are shameful. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.... I wish I had. I've bought cars from all over the country and this dealer and its workers are by far the worst.

If you don’t buy from Cricks OMODA forget about after sales service Communication does not exist My vehicle got towed to them due to engine light turned on but they did not look at it Not a priority for them my OMODA was only 2 weeks old Would advise to go elsewhere Their salesperson was also hopeless didn’t know how to turn off OMODA that’s why I went elsewhere to buy My advice is to go elsewhere to buy an OMODA 9 as it is an amazing vehicle
