I have rarely experienced customer service as disappointing as this. The staff are neither friendly nor welcoming. Everything seems wonderful when you are purchasing a vehicle, but unfortunately the experience changes significantly afterwards. I purchased my vehicle in 2025 after switching from Isuzu to Mitsubishi, and I deeply regret that decision. Waited 8.5 hours for them to put on four tyres. They kept saying it would be ready, I would come back and surprise, it wasn’t ready. Also didn’t order the bit I told them I wanted to fix the washer fluid sensor so that wasn’t fixed…
Put my triton in for a service, Got told it needed a new part and it would be about a week. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so followed up. Was told by them that I need to just wait and I will receive a text when it came in. Waited another 2 weeks and called again to be told no part has ever been ordered. I need my car for work and it cost me for them to not even check the part had been ordered is terrible service.
