Appalling. Vehicle 12 months old. Cricks has serviced 3 times within this period. Had to return vehicle within days ( 3 hours was a significant inconvenience having them had the vehicle for a full day days earlier) due to thick white smoke which on checking was clearly overfilled oil, told it upper engine cleaner residue despite the fact the vehicle had travelled 400km since service.
