Very efficient service and extremely pleasant staff.
The team at cricks Maroochydore Subaru were a delight to deal with. Super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find a new car. Special thanks to Nedd for recommending me my new Forester hybrid which I am very much enjoying.
Service Centre is expensive and they do not check or do what you request. Had to return when they set off sensors- no assistance just 'You have to bring it in' and now have had 2 independent mechanics tell me what was NOT done in my last logbook services with them.
An awesome bunch of people. Everyone I met was friendly, welcoming and treated me like a person, not just a customer. And I'm already loving my new Suby. Thanks so much guys!
I have always had my Subaru Forester serviced at Cricks. This time however booked my service online without any problem BUT when i arrived at the workshops i was told that I didn’t have any booking for that day and that i should return home and book online for the following week. It was only when my wife spoke to the service reception in no uncertain terms that i received a message requesting me to return to the workshop and they would carry out my service.
