I was extremely satisfied with the vehicle delivery and hand-over process. Everything was well organized, clearly explained, and handled professionally. The team took the time to walk me through all the features of the car, ensured I was comfortable with the technology, and answered all my questions without rushing. The attention to detail made the experience feel special and seamless. It was a very positive and memorable delivery day.
Sales experience was good but pick up was shocking, they booked me in for 12 noon. I arrived at the showroom, no one there, I stood in there for 5 minutes before anyone arrived. I had paid for the car 4 days before pick up and emailed through payment confirmation. Sales guy Jarrod was great, showed me the car. I then waited 50 minutes for someone from another department bring me a form to acknowledge it had been paid for. Jarrod apologised, said they are busy.
