I was extremely satisfied with the vehicle delivery and hand-over process. Everything was well organized, clearly explained, and handled professionally. The team took the time to walk me through all the features of the car, ensured I was comfortable with the technology, and answered all my questions without rushing. The attention to detail made the experience feel special and seamless. It was a very positive and memorable delivery day.
Sales experience was good but pick up was shocking, they booked me in for 12 noon. I arrived at the showroom, no one there, I stood in there for 5 minutes before anyone arrived. I had paid for the car 4 days before pick up and emailed through payment confirmation. Sales guy Jarrod was great, showed me the car. I then waited 50 minutes for someone from another department bring me a form to acknowledge it had been paid for. Jarrod apologised, said they are busy. This was the second car we have purchased from Cricks Maroochydore and are very happy with the team and the service they provided.
Very nice sales team but ultimately disorganised. When we took delivery we didn't get the full paperwork. As of today we still don't have the completed guaranteed future buyback agreement or the details of the fixed price servicing.
