Updating my review because the team has now resolved my issue professionally. I was very frustrated earlier due to the communication and delays I experienced, however after escalation the dealership worked with me and made the effort to sort things out properly. I appreciate that they took the matter seriously and followed through to reach a resolution. Thank you to the team involved in getting this fixed. Glad to see the issue was eventually handled and resolved positively.
