Poor service team from making the appointment to getting the service done 9wks it took to do a service on my rexton all the loses of hours and days off work to organise a service all excuses from someparts available to no parts at all could of been as simple as we won't have everything for 2months i would of waited to have gotten it done at one time also there was a recall on my model rexton the fans wiring harness is faulty and they changed the fuse only and not the wiring harness very disappointed in there business so far

Absolutely horrified with the service I have received. Baught a brand new 2024 Musso xlv adventure model took it to your service centre as from the day I got it I’ve had non stop issues with the cruise control. Car shutters, can’t hold speed, revs going up and down at a rapid speed. It’s been in to 2 different Ssangyong service centre - all I do is get fobbed off. I have video evidence of the problem happening. No care. No willingness to fix. I will advise anyone and everyone to avoid buying Ssangyong. Poor build, zero accou... read more
