While on holiday from the GC our 6 month old crosstrek started making a knocking noise when braking. We went straight to Cricks Service Centre and even though it was purchased elsewhere, and it was christmas eve they took it straight in to check it was safe for us to drive. Problem easily solved, rocks caught up from a dirt road we had been on. I cant thank them enough and they couldnt have been more helpful. 10/10
