Stop telling people how good you are when you can't even answer a call
Booked our vehicle in due to a recall about the airbags. Hubby took day off work and drove for over an hour to get workshop only to be told they didn’t have the parts. We’re upset you didn’t have the parts, but even more upset that you didn’t think to call us and cancel the repair. Total waste of our time, money and it didn’t concern you the risks involved in driving a dangerous faulty vehicle. Awful customer service, only gave 1 star as no stars isn’t an option
Couldn’t recommend the team at Cricks highly enough. From the start, Kyle helped understand our needs and cost sensitivity, and did everything he could to cater to them. Aaron in the finance team was awesome, and even worked during his annual leave to get us the best rate from the most appropriate lender. Really appreciated all their efforts and great communication throughout the process. We ended up with a brand new 2023 Outlander for the best price we could find across QLD.
