I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My car has had ongoing air-conditioning issues since December last year, and after months of waiting it was finally repaired. Unfortunately, when I picked the car up, the centre console was no longer functioning properly. My phone would no longer connect, the USB ports had no power, and the built-in microphone wasn’t working. Absolutely ridiculous! We booked our car aircon to get fixed in December and it has taken until now (Thursday) for it to be completely fixed. When I picked up the I didn’t notice anything as I only drove down the road and parked it in the hotel garage as we stayed overnight in Noosa for my mums funeral. Stop telling people how good you are when you can't even answer a call
Booked our vehicle in due to a recall about the airbags. Hubby took day off work and drove for over an hour to get workshop only to be told they didn’t have the parts. We’re upset you didn’t have the parts, but even more upset that you didn’t think to call us and cancel the repair. Total waste of our time, money and it didn’t concern you the risks involved in driving a dangerous faulty vehicle. Awful customer service, only gave 1 star as no stars isn’t an option
