Rang over a week ago to book our van in for a service. Was informed they were short on staff due to illness, but they would call me back. Rang the next day again to be told the same thing. Still waiting!!!!!! Now booking in elsewhere, very poor customer service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My partner has had her Fiat 500 serviced by them a couple of times now and the level of work that has been carried out has been of a ridiculously low standard. Prior to the car going in for its last service it was professionally cleaned which included tyre shine on all four tyres, there was over spray on the struts. They reported back that the car required 4 new shock absorbers but managed to totally miss the coolant leak I found 2 days after it was serviced. The car will not be retur... read more
