Was confusing on my first time coming here. Dealerships are on the ground floor, while the Service centre was underground (the ramp in the middle). Other than that, I have no complaints about their servicing! Very standard and I haven't tried their bus service either.
Won’t be returning here. After 4 years of servicing my car with Cricks, unfortunately the service has gone downhill. Booked my car in to get looked at under warranty, as it was making squeaking noises, dropped it off with a video of it making the noise. When I went to pick it up the mechanic denied there being any noises, but IF there was it was coming from the plastic bumper. Best STAFF EVER!!! Josh helped me today over the after having to run around to Repco and bursons who had no idea what they were talking about, Josh was straight to point out what I needed for my exact model and ordered one in for after the weekend which took alot of weight off my shoulders after being told from the other places that it could be a 7 week wait import. Took car for a service .. very smooth operation, well organised
I moved to Queensland from NSW at the beginning of the year and booked in with Cricks for my 45,000km service on 28th April. When I picked up the car I was told everything was great and had no issues. In may I noticed a knocking noise when I go to break. I work away (fifo) and couldn’t get it looked at until now. My mechanic took it for a test drive and put it up in the hoist to discover that all 4 tyres have a significant bald spot.
