This review is for the service team only. I took my almost new car in with uncontrollable steering wobbles at high speeds - I suspected faulty kingpins. They said it was “just characteristic of the vehicle,” didn’t inspect as requested, claimed my car didn’t even have kingpins, and suggested I blame my aftermarket suspension. It’s a known issue so I even brought to their attention a service bulletin about faulty kingpins on this model from the country of manufacture. Booked service and told 12pm collection on the phone but when i arrived to drop the car off at 8.30am it was 1pm collection instead. Came back at just after 1pm and had to hang around until 2.30pm-a total of 6 hours for a 90 minute service i then had to go back in as the service log that I left wide open at the correct page on the passenger seat had not even been completed. The wash that I was told would happen got skipped as well -very disappointing and I won’t be back
I took my daughter to look at the new Jimny's yesterday. From the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted politely by Sammi. She asked us some questions and them showed my daughter around the car. She organized a test drive and introduced us to Dan who gave us some finance options. We also met Amanda who again could not do enough for us. My daughter now has her 1st new car on order. We could not be any happier and i would like to thank the team for making it a great experience for my daughter.
