The Crick Auto Group was founded in 1995 on the Sunshine Coast with a single site in Nambour. We now have 5 locations on the Sunshine Coast, three in Maroochydore, Noosa and Nambour. Cricks is also home to the Sunshine Coast's Best Used Cars. At our Sugar Road dealership, we sell new Skoda, Mitsubishi, Subaru and Honda, as well as our huge range of quality used cars. Until now I'm still waiting for the head unit of my Mitsubishi Outlander which is still under warranty it's been 4 weeks and counting! The new head unit is still not available. Keep on calling them up to follow up the status but they just been passing my call from one department to another. I even experience that while waiting on hold someone drop my call!
This time around I was very disappointed from booking in my car to collecting. The cost for a simple service grease and oil was $495 way over the top.booking in 2 weeks before took 20 min with 2 women. Frustrating,the original date was changed with the 2nd person as it was too close to end of warranty. When I arrived at 820am they had no paperwork for me being booked in 15 min later they found it under the original date even tho I had a txt confirmation for the changed date.they fitted me in,found a courtesy car that also wa... read more

Very friendly, nice waiting room & TV while getting vehicle serviced.
