Looked at buying a Renault koleos, noticed crocks being the dealer and the reviews of previous clients, based on my experience with crocks, have to give it a miss. Know looking for brands that are not serviced by crocks.
Was looking for a used koleos ended up not getting it due to some unforseen things poping up. However, Trent is a legend and is super helpful, nice and not pushy at all, I would recommend dealing with him if your looking to get a new renault or one of the other car brands they stock.
I recently had my Renault Megane RS280 serviced here. It was the 120k service so knew it was a major service. I booked it in online a few weeks in advance so that they would have time to get the required parts. On the day I was told it would be just a basic service. I queried this so they checked and it was in fact due for a major service including spark plugs, belts and pollen filters. They did not have these parts in stock so I had to postpone the service. My van had a injector fault and they quoted me $875 to replace the hand primer pump and $12,575.00 to replace the clutch and hydraulic system. There was nothing wrong with the clutch system while the injector fault wasn't on so I tried to tell them that but they just wanted to change me as much as possible. I fixed air leaking into the injectors with supa glue and clamped it, so no faults driving around Brisbane. All fixed for $5. I'm never going back to them.
Worst new car experience with Cricks and Renault. Bought the Kolis and straight away noticed the noise from gearbox, they said its normal. The vehicle is a gathering of many different technologies that don't work with each other. Too many miss matches 😪
