I can't speak highly enough of this team from Allen in sales to Shae in finance who gave me great rates and all the top blokes downstairs in service. Allen gave me an amazing deal on a new Triton and the service team went above and beyond for a minor warranty issue for me and had me all fixed and out the door same day and back to Brisbane in time to pick the kids up from school. He saw me walk in & came straight out of his office to welcome me - Friendly, professional & directed me to where I needed to go. If you are thinking about a new Mitsy, make sure to get in touch with Alan. Alan was the most prompt and useful car salesperson I've ever met, willing to go above and beyond to get the right price for the right car. Highly recommend visiting Cricks and asking for Alan, otherwise you're selling yourself short.
Worst experience ever – I won’t be returning! I called to book a service and was quoted $630 over the phone. I mentioned I had an extended warranty, which should limit the cost to around $349. The representative said he couldn’t find my car in the system but assured me it would be sorted at the service center. No problem, I thought.
