Everyone who works here is always kind and if they are busy they will let you know they won’t be long. A lot of the time at other places people just ignore you. Always happy to fix whatever needs to be fixed no question asked.
I originally intended to leave a five-star review after purchasing my car from Cricks Highway Volkswagen. Unfortunately, my experience following the vehicle’s service has been extremely disappointing. During the service, my car was returned in a filthy, unacceptable condition. To make matters worse, the vehicle was scratched while in their care.
