Unbelievably bad. I went to these guys thinking they would save me time and money being able to identify the problem immediately with my van. How wrong I was. So I paid $215 and lost my morning for the service team to tell me that I need to spend $500 on a hose that was obviously wrong. They also said I needed to spend $700 on a new gearstick mechanism rather than just adding some grease. Basically a scam. I came here with my dad a couple of weeks ago interested in test driving a Koleos. We found the staff very friendly and the experience to be very pleasant, with no hint of pushy or petty sales tactics. I ended up not buying from here as I found another car more suitable for my needs, even though I was given a very appealing offer. For anyone interested in a Renault and a pleasant sales experience this is the place to go!
From the moment we arrived the personalised service received from Jack, James and Locky has been unparalleled to anything experienced previously when purchasing a new vehicle.
