5 stars for Rosie, 0 for the Renault Trafic. I want to give a huge shout-out to Rossana (Rosie) in the Service Department. She is absolutely fantastic! Always professional, helpful, and does her best to sort things out. However, the Renault Trafic itself is a piece of junk. It’s frustrating to own this vehicle, but Rosie makes the service experience bearable. If it weren't for her amazing support and attitude, this would be a complete nightmare. She is the only reason I leave with a smile.
The only time you could be able to talk to someone when booking a service but if you are after a spare part quote or a part replacement quote forget about it. Even after ringing a few times and even leaving msg no one bothered to come back to me although my query would benefit them. Really dissatisfied with after sales service. Would not recommend them.
They sold us a vehicle covered in tiny rust specks that we noticed a while later and we have been trying to get them to rectify it for over six months! Nobody ever answers calls or calls back. The worst customer service. If you want to buy any vehicle, go literally anywhere else!

the service centre is so poorly run.. ("poorly" is an understatement) Third renault in for a service and the third time this company has stuffed me around. Their service department is completly useless and never seems to get anythink right. iI will not be back and i defenatly will NOT be buying another vehicle from them.
