Cricks Highway Renault completely changed my expectations of buying a car. The dealership has a great atmosphere, the staff are incredibly welcoming and the entire experience felt more like dealing with people who actually wanted to help rather than simply make a sale. Went to repair my Renault Megane here as the other car repair centre failed me several times - never gives me update, lie about ordered part but it wasn't fit, blah, blah, blah. I was desparate when I contact them. Previously, I was reluctant to do my repair here cause I thought it would be really expensive. Boy how I was wrong. Rosie was lovely to talk to, very knowledgeable and helped me with a couple of queries I had around features I hadn't quite figured out yet in my brand new Koleos, which has made my driving experience even better. Rosie was also keen to assist me with my wheelchair and access to their waiting area while the team went over the car for its courtesy 1 month service. Was a great experience and gave me peace of mind with my Renault purchase, thank you.
