Servicing department only - have been dealing with a minor headlight issue (trapped condensation) since cyclone Alfred. Eventually, managed to get them to look at it on May 15th, I have made countless phone calls chasing, many unanswered with no return even with detailed voicemails. Have been told 3 times on 3 different occasions that someone would call me back with answers - never heard back.
