To say this is the worst service department I’ve dealt with would be an understatement. I’ve been trying to resolve a warranty issue with the Kia service team since my vehicle service in December 2024. Reaching anyone was nearly impossible, and after months of chasing, my car was finally booked in for chrome strip replacement in May 2025.
