Bought a Kia Stonic GT line from here and the car horn stopped working completely. I work Monday to Friday so it’s difficult for me to get my car in, unfortunately they don’t do warranty jobs on Saturdays. They do offer a loan car though for $10 but takes about 1-2 months to get one. The sales team at Cricks were great. It took three times of returning the vehicle for full warranty vehicle issues that was a so called software update. Very bad service. Parts of the dash were found under the seat. I had to travel hundreds of kilometres and loose time to help my wife because you treated her like she knew nothing. Hopefully you will fix this issue soon. Cricks Springwood is useless and Cricks car dealerships are untrustworthy.
I was very happy with my new Kia K4G line thanks so much to Troy. He was very helpful. I couldn’t be much happier. I recommend anyone to go to Kia in Springwood.
Great service, everyone was friendly, easy communication, and went out of their way to make the experience easy and that I got a great deal.
