Do not get they're Happy Chef or Crickler products. They taste like chemicals and are very overpriced.

I had a great experience with Crickler's refund process. After purchasing a bag of kettle corn with a credit card, I received a quick response via email and a prompt refund. The contact information on the machine made it easy to reach out. My only suggestion would be to avoid putting large items in the machine to prevent jamming.

Crickler Vending was great when I needed a refund. I had 2 bags of chips stuck and paid 2 different ways. They responded quickly to the emails and the refunds were done quickly as well. They had their contact info on the machine which made it convenient to contact them. My only suggestion is maybe put smaller items up top so hopefully they don't get stuck.

We use Crickler to provide Coffee and Beverage service to our office. As an Office Coordinator it is a huge relief to have them provide and service these machines, they come promptly when called and get notifications from the machine for refills so are often on the way with refills before I even know we are in need! The service technician is friendly and knowledgeable.
