I booked this service for my daughter’s 1st birthday. Overall the experience was ok. Booking was easy. However, I feel the service was not worth the price paid. The handler of the pony was walking fast during my daughter’s ride around the small loop. We asked the handler to slow down as there was a small 1 year old and she acted as if she didn’t hear us, but she did get a little better. We recently had Cricket's Petting Zoo for my son's birthday celebration, and it was an unforgettable experience! The team, led by Jessica, exceeded our expectations in every way. We used Crickets mobile petting zoo for my son’s 3rd birthday and it was a hit with the kids and adults! The two guys that brought the animals were super nice, professional, and knowledgable. The animals were clean and seemed well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

Aubrey was a great host. He was so good with the Seniors. They really loved the animals.
