My one star is more for the mobile hotspot device that I bought from them almost a year ago. I tried leaving a comment with the company on their product but that went nowhere. They just kept sending me in circles so I'll leave the comment here. If you're looking for a mobile hotspot device, don't get theirs cuz it does not work. I am not a heavy data user. I only use it to answer my emails when I'm away from the office on my computer. Go somewhere else. Save your money
I had a great experience Héctor offered me a new line witha a Free phone while i was paying My bill and it's only $5 more a month and Luis was extremely helpful i highly recomend this location
Went after my phone was stolen was here for 5 hours due to my card having issues because my phone with cards was stolen . Maiwand is a 5 star worker helped me whole time no issues no anger made me believe that he was actually there to help me Wes and Luis were also great assistance and very funny what was a bad day turned to a pretty cool one lol thank you guys once again will be back ! 5 star cricket northgate
