Thought this was going to better than the ATT STORE! Disgusted. Was never told they lock MY phone that I bought from somewhere else for 6 months if I wanted to cancel. Also both agents lied to my face. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! AND the agent dropped my brand new phone out of the box when he grabbed it and said the cameras (MIGHT) have caught it if they even work. Now Im stuck with horrilbe company because no one will answer their phones!!! I do not recommend!!!
James at the store in Pierre is awesome and goes out of his way to help the customers as they walk in the store. I would recommend going to his store to anyone that needs awesome customer service and phone help. The lady is also amazing. She helped me the other day to update my goggle meet for my video conference so both people could see each other.
