Service is slow as hell, they have one person in there most of the time chit chatting with customers that have never ending conversations meanwhile you stand there for 20 minutes waiting to get helped. Service is Junk anyways so I switched.
Five stars due to excellent customer service. Baby help you out and make you feel valued. She doesn't mind explaining things to you so when you leave the store you have no questions because she has fully explained everything and it was easy and you understand her. Give her a raise
The Latino lady was very disrespectful and unprofessional. We were just to get a Sim card and we get got there she was helping another customer and she said she help us within 20 minutes. We were waiting for more 30-40 minutes and she was just hanging out with the other customers and at she told us it will take about 20 more minutes.
