You dont even dearseeve a star. This company is ridiculous I paid for Insurance and my service my phone was stolen July 27th I filed a claim they sent me a replacement with a envelope for the phone that was stolen because of there mistake instead fixing in the computer I had to mail my phone back it's been 20+ days no phone no service now my bill is due they want more money you gotta be stupid if cricket thinks I'm gonna keep paying this to recieve horrible customer service not one of these employees attempted fix it and kee... read more
Aiden was a great people person. They take the time to explain and answer questions. I had a great time!
Absolute worst customer service. I went in to switch over to cricket and was met with the absolute worst customer service ever. I was told they couldn't help me. The only response I got was "there are no deals for AT&T customere", even though I was bringing my own devices. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. She wasn't willing to help at all. I'll never be back to thus location.
If u are qualified for low income go to your nearest cricket store to get your phone time and phone paid for for free
They say open but every time I go there that are closed
