I want to be clear that this review is 5 stars for Brianna, one of the workers at Cricket Wireless and not Cricket Wireless in general. I had a very difficult situation and was really struggling getting a hold of anyone at Cricket's 800 help line number. Once I did get a hold of someone (after quite some time), the person was not very friendly or helpful. I was then transferred around and eventually told my problem would be looked at within 3-5 days.
