Customer service rep. Luna has given myself and my mother who are cricket customers, exceptional service, and has gone beyond the Call of duty. We totally appreciate this young man for de stressing what was a difficult and impossible phone. I highly recommend this individual and thank you Cricket! Awesome service!
I called twice just to get some information and without answering they hung up on me. They didn't even bother to say " Hello can you hold please."
I love her she is great
