I recently visited the Cricket Mobile store in Hutto, Texas, and had an excellent experience. The store is managed by Carmen, who is an incredibly humble, nice, and funny lady. Carmen made the visit enjoyable with her friendly personality and professionalism. I was also assisted by Allison, a sales associate from a different store.
