Really bad customer service the guy helping there at the desk was very rude
Horrible experience The sales person Was rude I was trying to activate a new line He did not mentioned anything about my plan Only thing he said was its $95 I had to ask him If he could break it up for as far as how much I had pay monthly activation fee ect. This are things they are supposed to let us know. I said thank you regardless of his attitude He did not say anything back.
Very unprofessional and unhelpful. 1. I walked in to an empty store smelling like weed to see him coming in from out of his car 2. Whenever I asked questions he just offered to call his manager 3. Literally on social media while I’m asking for help standing by the front door waiting for me to leave so that he can leave again I’ve never been driven to anger like this experience.
