I would give this store a zero if I could, your people are so misinformed & incompetent I ordered a new phone for my son in may, and was told my account would stay the same with the 3 phone plan & that I would still get the discounts,but none of that is true had to set up a new account (didn't find that out til his phone was turned off ) so now I have to pay a higher bill and have 2 separate bills unless I want to buy all new phones & switch over to their new system.
