Paid $70.00 for son Christmas present, broke within 10 mins of getting out of box. All sales final not posted in plan view, just a one liner at bottom of receipt AFTER you have paid and received inferior product. Customer service was still good, but ASF was not stated nor in plan view, so should still be held liable till fixed!
Staff was extremely rude refused to acknowledge the upgrade policy as stated online .. went next door to Walmart bought the same phone at 1/2 the price..
I like the Wireless WIFI. Will recommend it to everybody.
