called for a friend having a sim issue and apparently I was the last caller of the day because the rep pretended she couldn’t hear me, hung up, and now I can’t get a hold of anyone until tomorrow morning LOL 0/10
Everybody was friendly and great and helpful. Had lot of questions and needed helping aqurring a new phone. 10/10 would recomend west side lafayette cricket
Good deals for most people. But expensive to buy outright, they are doing a deal for people during covid and discounts your bill as long as you switch carriers. Only 10 dollars I pay a month they knock 30 off your bill just if you n are unemployed or get heath through the state or snap benefits. Other then that good service just need more choices of phones.
