My sister just switched from Sprint to Cricket. She signed up for a Family Plan with 5 phones, she was given the 5 phones but only hers was off. It never turned on while in the store 😒 the associate stated the phone needed to be charged for 24 hours. My sister trusted the lady! so she went home and charged the phone for 48hours without luck!! it never turned on so she drove back to Gville from Clifton to what she thought was to exchanged the phone.
