I high recommend Cricket Wireless Service. Yesterday, we went into the Garden Street store inquiring about best iPhone for price, easy to use and 256 GB. Caitlin listened and showed us their phones and even ordered another one for us to evaluate. She asked us to call and return the next day. Today, I called prior to driving to Cricket to ask more questions. I spoke to Austin. When I arrived, Austin was more than patient with me and my Special needs daughter. Amy is district manager for mitchell Watertown and few other stores been waiting months for her to contact me on lines I was being charged for but not on my plan and she hangs up on me doesn’t return phone calls super unprofessional every time a employee tells her I’m calling and leaves her a note she never takes time to handle issue out over 120$ for line that was never suppose to be there and not even active. When I call the 1800 # they tell me she is one I need to deal with and she refuses to give me her bosses info
Was trying to get my numbers ported from Verizon so I could switch to cricket. Everyone at the store was very sweet and helpful, and went out of their way to get my service working!! I was very pleased and thankful for such nice people!
