The customer service at the store is trash, if this story has a manager they should be fired along with anyone else who works here. It is 3:00 in the afternoon. I have been sitting outside of the store for 30 45 minutes now. The sign says open but nobody is coming to the door. Anytime I've ever walked in the store it always seems like I'm forcing someone to do their job. Shut this door down use the one owned by a different franchise on 49
Justin Ellis is hands down the most useless employee ive dealt with there in 3 years. Also explain no traffic and cant answer the phone with two people in store. Hands down worse cricket retailer there is and Justin is far from professional. Answering questions with maybe and could be, possibly? Like dude you don't know your own job?
