Great customer service!
I was a cricket customer for years, I suggested them to everyone I knew. But since I switched to another carrier they will not refund my monthly payment for services that I will not use. I tried contacting customer service and they told me that there was nothing they could do. So DO NOT GO TO CRICKET, sure it's an easy fix, but they don't care about taking care of the customer
I stopped by here to upgrade my phone. I had a great experience and the phone works well.
The employee was Helpful and friendly. Clean store.
