This is one of the worst Crickets you can go to. I'm a cricket employee from another store and I get customers who come in with problems caused by this store. Pin numbers and security questions aren't given to the customers so they end up unable to access their accounts and end up losing service and their numbers unless enrolled in autopay. Save yourself some time and go to any other cricket. I would give this place zero stars if I could because I have to deal with BS caused by them.
