Search for "Cricket + KouBoi" on Facebook. You'll see... I lost $300+ in business due to their "BLACKOUT" *crickets chirping* service. They were only willing to compensate everyone $5 LMAO I WAS a 5 year loyal customer! I switched to Metro PCS.
I got tethering so I could use it when ever I need and apparently I can't do that today. I pay for this service. I want to use what I paid for!
