Horrible customer service. They'll say anything for an activation. Go to a real carrier.
I love the prices and the associates are helpful, but the actual service needs a lot of work. For example, I literally had to tap my screen about 40 times before the keyboard came up to write this review. My husband and I both get kicked out of the internet every few minutes. My phone has a keyboard that lags and collapses often, and it's the newer Galaxy Amp phone. Tonight, my internet is not working at all and his is very slow.
