As a current customer, I decided to upgrade and buy new phone Galaxy A13 5G. I was not informed that it doesn't come with USB port charger. I was told that there was a dollar store never buy where I could Purchase one. One would think new phone would be fully charged but mine was 60%. Therefore I could not charge phone on my way back to Pahrump. In my TUCSON to use maps on my screen on my car, it has to be plugged into USB port. Not happy with the whole thing. My phone broke, went in to a cricket location on Silverado ranch, they treated me horribly, didn’t help me at all, CAME TO THIS LOCATION AND MY BOY “EASON G” WAS GREAT, HE HELPED ME FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED THERE, I ENDED UP PURCHASING A NEW PHONE. His recommendations and help were on point and of much importance for the decision I made at the end. Thank you and continue with such great costumer service.
