Came in a few days ago needing help with my sons iPhone and Allison was the best at fixing the issue and getting the phone working properly for us and for that I’m so appreciative! She was super helpful and appreciated! Thank you again Allison!
I have been with cricket for years! Can’t beat the prices! Went to add a line today for my son and get him a new phone, Leydy was extremely helpful and hooked us up with a good deal on a iPhone 14, and got the service up and running so quickly! We were out of there within 15 mins. Thanks for your help!
Do not come to this location and do not buy a phone from cricket!!!! Be sure to read all of this through to the update. You can't only have one person working when it takes as long as it does to help customers. You can't expect the second person in line to wait an hour for help. It's ridiculous!!! When I bought my phone the poor people behind me had to wait forever for help.. now I'm back with a problem with my phone.. been here 20 mins already.
