They allowed someone to use my information to reopen an account and locked me out of it… I went in with my ID and they would not allow me to close the account. I spent hours in the phone with customer service and they wouldn’t do anything. I tried to contact their fraud department but since I was locked out of my account again I couldn’t do anything. I have been with cricket for years! Can’t beat the prices! Went to add a line today for my son and get him a new phone, Leydy was extremely helpful and hooked us up with a good deal on a iPhone 14, and got the service up and running so quickly!
