They allowed someone to use my information to reopen an account and locked me out of it… I went in with my ID and they would not allow me to close the account. I spent hours in the phone with customer service and they wouldn’t do anything. I tried to contact their fraud department but since I was locked out of my account again I couldn’t do anything. I GUESS IT'S COOL TO BRING YOUR DOG TO WORK, BLARE MUSIC, AND IGNORE CUSTOMERS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BOTH GIRLS WORKING COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO HELP AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. Came in a few days ago needing help with my sons iPhone and Allison was the best at fixing the issue and getting the phone working properly for us and for that I’m so appreciative! She was super helpful and appreciated! Thank you again Allison!
