I went in for help with them charging me over payment,then she said! Oh! You have to call 611, and as I was supposedly getting help,! She told me I needed to leave to call them cuz she had things to do an couldn't let the customer alone while she's doing her chores!!!!! How bout this! How bout!!?? U take care of the customers needs and concerns FIRST!! WONT TAKE BUT A SEC. FOR SUPPORT!! There are older an disabled people out thereeeeee!!!!! Freaking..CARE!! MAN!.. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE HER A 1 STAR
The sales representative wasn't able to resolve my issue. Calling the 611 is even worse. The language barrier is a tough hurdle to overcome.
