Unfortunately today the in store experience was so awful I disconnected both lines and went to another carrier. I needed to upgrade both phones and the woman Natalie or Natalia. She tucked her name badge under her arm when asked for clarification. I am uncertain of the woman working 8/3/2026 at 2pm. She was aggressive and unhelpful.
