I purchased two phones, last month by the 6th day but to their rules it was the 7th day was to late to return in store. I had work 3 12hr work noc shifts,Dr appt and 2 funerals I couldn't go in and take the phones back. The second day which was a good 10hrs after getting them they started freezing, resetting, logging out of apps mid use, turning off mid calls.
