Wow. We called at 720pm. They said we would call back at 1120pm as they said it was an emergency. No call. The next day we call at 930 am. They seen the call was logged with no response. And they said ok it's been logged the tech was supposed to call at 12. No call. We call back at 145pm now Caroline answers, what a horrible person this is. We explain the situation and she says "well I see you called for the same issue, we sent it to the tech now this is a nuisance call and will be logged as such". CRICKET HOME COMFORT KS AWFUL! This is the most awful water tank rental company. I have been trying to get a service tech to my house 3 days now. No help. This os the most traumatic situation. I HAVE NO HOT WATER!!!

This company is getting into my nerves, I wasted 1 hour for replacing tenant details and next month again money deducted from my account; Moreover, they do not respond to calls and emails. I do not know how they are managing their business with so much carelessness. Do not go with this company, I again say do not go with this company.

Complained about not having hot water 10 days ago, called 100 times, nothing is done. NO hot water still, my rental unit boiler doesn't work. Would never recommend the company!
