This was probably my quickest and easiest trip. I always have some sort of unusual phone trouble that I need assistance with (sim card not activated/can't make calls/insurance being a pain in my backside/can't backup my phone on Google/phone screen grainy like a no signal old school tv) and today I got a new phone, all the accoutrements, help with backup and making sure the phone worked from Eddie, and I was in and out really quick.
