This was probably my quickest and easiest trip. I always have some sort of unusual phone trouble that I need assistance with (sim card not activated/can't make calls/insurance being a pain in my backside/can't backup my phone on Google/phone screen grainy like a no signal old school tv) and today I got a new phone, all the accoutrements, help with backup and making sure the phone worked from Eddie, and I was in and out really quick. After the bitter disappointment of my Lyft driver and Lyfts contracts with their employees..(there’s no mandate to return lost items left in the Lyft car) After 48hrs of Lyft devastation I visited my Cricket Store to replace the phone with years of data. The manager there, Eddie is a technical rock star and took me under his wing to consult on how to get my new iPhone back to functioning without feeling the loss of my stollen phone. Eddie.. you are a miracle and Thank You for all that you’ve done for me today. Amazing!!!
