Small, yup. I've lived here 5 yrs now it was great, use to give this small community 4 stars well because no place is perfect, but it was great, until-,-,, new owners took over don't know who they are research turns up nothin as if they don't exist yet they impose an iron fist upon you and give nothin in return. Anyone interested in a game of shell's? There are some awsome folks here and yes we have some Karen's or as old folks say busybodys to but they do come and go like the seasons. Been living here for 3 1/2 years and no complaints update:I have now lived here 7yrs and it has gone downhill drastically.Cant get nothing fixed but they keep uping rent owned by LLC.company now upside peaceful place to live
