Ryan tampered with the DEF system on my truck without my knowledge. About 100 miles later, the cabin filled with smoke and the airlines burned, forcing me to stop and call roadside assistance. This breakdown cost me over $800 and caused an additional 2 days of downtime and lost work. I asked to be reimbursed for the roadside expenses, but instead of taking responsibility, he has been avoiding my calls and hiding from me. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe work. I would never trust this shop with a commercial truck again.
Be very careful bringing your truck here. My DEF/emissions system was tampered with without my authorization, and shortly after leaving the shop I started having serious issues. Smoke entered the cabin, airlines were damaged, and I ended up stranded on the road needing emergency roadside service. The repair costs, towing, and downtime ended up costing me hundreds of dollars and several lost work days. This shop is a complete trap for truck drivers. What should have been a minor repair turned into an expensive nightmare with huge delays, poor communication, and questionable work. They charge outrageous amounts even for small jobs, and once they have your truck, you feel stuck.
Great job, great prices, fast service!!!! Team fixed 2 our trucks already, best customer service i ever had, they do know what to do and doing their best to get you back on the road!!! highly reccomend!!!
I was quite impressed. TJ came to my rescue at the SB I-81 chicken coop last night. Ol smokey got me backed up in a corner an wouldn't let me go. Took about an hour an a half to get there once I called and spoke with their answering service(Thanks Dean!). TJ shook my hand and looked me in the eye when he arrived, and went right to work, in the rain. All with a smile and good attitude.
