Tom and Racheal are super professional . I come in 8:45 am with collant leak I explain them my situation that my drivers already sitting for 2 days regarding collant leak so I have to be in and out quickly. They promised me they will do their best and they did they change radiator till next morning 9AM what I consider super fast because they have ordered a part. I was so grateful for how they did job.

I was quite impressed. TJ came to my rescue at the SB I-81 chicken coop last night. Ol smokey got me backed up in a corner an wouldn't let me go. Took about an hour an a half to get there once I called and spoke with their answering service(Thanks Dean!). TJ shook my hand and looked me in the eye when he arrived, and went right to work, in the rain. All with a smile and good attitude. These folks went out of the way to fit us in their extremely busy shop schedule! Being from a traveling amusement company, it makes it hard to find a reliable and accountable shop, let alone one that extends their hours to a day that is non working in order to accommodate the need of the customer! God bless you, mr Ryan. Your a good man. I highly recommend anyone to use this shop and the people in it. They replaced a roll down door for us, and they’ve now become the people we will use when we are in this area!!!
Ryan and team are our heroes! Traveling west across Tennessee, my husband noticed our 5th wheel was not pulling normally. In Greenville, about 2.5 hours from our intended destination, we pulled over for gas and noticed something was very wrong. Ike, the service manager at the TA Truck Service, confirmed we had a broken rear axle spring. He called Ryan, the owner of Crick Enterprises.
