I would never recommend this company to anyone. We used them for our pavers and the pavers are defective. We have been asking for them to fix this since earlier this year and they keep going back and forth with Pavestone, the manufacturer. Sadly, 7-8 months later there is still no resolution. The customer service is horrible and the owners son, Kyle is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t have any knowledge in this business. We can not say enough positive about working with Jason, Junior and crew, and Cribley as a whole. Everything they said would be done was done…and then some. I got a positive vibe from the get-go when they showed up EARLY, earlier than we expected. That alone is different from most contractors. They arrived on site and got to work. Great company
Called a few months back to get a quote and some help on our pool retaining wall. A guy named Jason came out and spent about 30 min with us going over what needed to be done. Said he could go back to office and talk to another guy and see if it was possible and something that they would do. Called us back and said thst they could do it and they could have us a quote in a day or 2. It's been months so I'm expecting a quote anyday now. Won't return phone calls or messages.
