"hawgs" lost a customer & Cribbs gained one. I needed my moped serviced & was told by hawgs to "bring it in" but when I got there, there was no availability. (Coulda told me on the phone when I called). Recommended my to Cribbs & I will not be going back, took me in on the same day, got the job done faster than I could blink & for the relatively same pricing (if not better). 10/10 recommended for your moped/2wheel vehicle. Really great spot to rent a scooter!! Everyone’s was so friendly and helpful and made sure we felt at ease. We even got to ride around with a guide for a bit to make sure we were comfortable. 10/10 would return here and highly recommend!
We just bought a AIMA Santa Monica E bike from here. We had the best customer service and the most accommodating interaction with Thomas and his wife. I highly recommend you shop here first before going anywhere else in town. We are from out of town and needed a bike because mine fell off the rack traveling here. Thomas helped us get back on track to enjoy the rest of our vacation here.
