Great service and quicky fixed our hot water service

Absolutely ignorant staff, they schedule and appointment and never turns up and doesn't bother to apologise. I'm glad that I didn't proceed with these people.
I recently used Cri-tech for my kitchen renovation and found them excellent to deal with. Richard was on point organising the work and regular communication about progress etc. Liam who did the work I could not fault. Very professional in his work and obviously takes pride in what he does. Everything reinstalled and working beautifully. Even the brand new rangehood which would have been a bugger to do he did a great job installing. Great work guys!
