They didn't get my problem fixed the first time, but they came back and took care of it.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had an appointment but never showed all day and I called the next day and they acted like they didn't care just said o the plumber must not have got your information
UPDATE and WARNING: After getting a good plumber it is found that CRI didn’t even properly leak test my pipes and then just blurted out a random thing that might be wrong. Using ambient gas pressure is not proper procedure and I would hope that they wouldn’t bill me for not doing their job correctly!!!! I hate leaving bad reviews but I had to leave this one to hopefully save others the headache! Thanks for not ordering our part until week two of no hot water in the summer when it gets stinky.
If you want work done to code and professionally done, this is the place. I only trust CRI for my work and home. They have done work at both places. You pay for what you get and I'd always rather pay to have a job done right.
