Nothing but a great experience for our commercial printing needs, from quoting, install, service, and support. They have gone above and beyond, you can't get this kind of service from another type of establishment. If you needs office equipment and you are looking at CRI, feel confident in your decision to move forward with them.
Customer support is outstanding!!!! I call with any problem and they have walked me thru how to fix things or send someone out ASAP! They overnight supplies if needed! Would highly recommend.... As a physicians office that uses a printer all the time, we appreciate them!!!
